Ms. Christina Steiner
Christina Steiner is a psychologist and graduated from the University of Graz in 2004 with a Magister in psychology. She is now a postgraduate researcher at the Cognitive Science Section of the Department of Psychology at University of Graz. There, she has been working in various European projects on technology enhanced learning (iClass, ELeGI, GRAPPLE), where her work focuses on psychological mathematical frameworks for knowledge and competence representation and their use for supporting self-regulated learning. She is also engaged in the issue of e-learning evaluation. A further research interest is concept mapping, especially the use of concept maps as a means to build prerequisite structures and the validation of concept maps. Moreover, she is interested in the application of concept mapping as a teaching and learning strategy in the context of traditional education and e-learning.
