Mr. Paul Gerhard

Originally from Switzerland, Paul Gerhard is an Information and Communication officer at European Schoolnet, a network of 31 Ministries of Education in Europe developing innovation and eLearning in Schools. Since he joined EUN in 2005, Paul has been involved in several projects mainly on promoting peer learning in schools, education inspectorates and ministries of education (P2P and P2V), revamping EUN’s Observatory of New Technologies and Education (Insight) and other projects aimed at bringing the best of today’s innovation to schools. As part of the Communication team in European Schoolnet, Paul is involved in creating communication plans, visual identities, press releases, articles, podcasts and other communication channels which help spread the word about EUN projects. His other remits are external communication for European Schoolnet; teacher training; and creating tools and innovative applications for projects. Trained in journalism and communication in France and the UK, Paul previously worked for the Maastricht-based European Journalism Centre.
